Namasté Alzheimer Center Foundation, part of the Centura Health at Home Foundation, is proud to support the residents of Namasté Alzheimer Center in Colorado Springs. Our foundation raises funds to support programs and activities and insure that each resident has access to excellent healthcare services in a safe and nurturing environment. All our services are provided on the basis of need rather than the ability to pay.

Donations help provide continuous training for staff on the latest procedures and techniques, purchase lift-chairs to help safely move patients, update equipment throughout the facility and purchase supplies for activity and therapy programs.

We help families create new memories together. Donations can be made in honor or memory of a loved one. Your entire donation will go directly to benefit the residents and families of Namasté Alzheimer Center.
