For over 25 years, St. Anthony Hospice has provided compassionate end of life care and bereavement services and has the distinction of being the only Catholic-based hospice in the Denver-metro community. Providing hospice care at home, hospital, senior living community or at our one of our residential hospice suites at The Villas as Sunny Acres in Thornton, our team of caregivers makes sure our patients can make the most of every day with dignity and peace.

The St. Anthony Hospice Foundation, part of the Centura Health at Home Foundation, helps support care needs for those who are underinsured or can not afford hospice services. In addition to superior hospice care, patients and their families receive free spiritual care, bereavement counseling and volunteer support, not covered by the Medicare Hospice Benefit. Each of us can make a difference in the life of a hospice patient. Donations can be made online in honor or memory of a loved one.

To make a donation online, be sure to select St. Anthony Hospice under the program drop down menu as the Centura Health at Home Foundation supports several senior living communities, home care and hospice programs in Colorado.
