The Progressive Care Center Foundation, part of the Centura Health at Home Foundation, works to support residents of Progressive Care Center in Canon City, Colorado. Our foundation raises funds to support programs and activities to meet the physical and emotional needs of each resident.

Your donations will help provide telephone service for resident rooms, computers for the library, financial assistance for residents who have no other means of paying for medical services, and equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers and motorized carts.

Donations can be made in honor or memory of a loved one. Your entire donation will go directly to benefit the residents of Progressive Care Center.
